We are Karen and Eric, two souls in search of sun, sand, water and warmer winters. We aren't there just yet, but we have a plan. We have been cruising the Bay of Quinte, Trent Severn Waterway, Lake Ontario and Lake Erie aboard Tropical Horizons, our 1987 Sea Ray 410 AC over the past 7 years. Prior to that we had sailed and cruised on the Ottawa River aboard our various sailboats. Over the past 20 years, most of our spare time starting in the spring and ending in the fall was spent on the water, near the water, or in the water. During the winter, we dream about being on the water, near the water or in the water.
Aboard Tropical Horizons II we hope to explore far off ports, complete the Great Loop, obtain our USCG Captains License, and ease into retirement life offering unique cruising opportunities to people who want a different vacation experience.
